We are seeking a Data Consultant with strong analytical and consulting skills to design and implement data-driven solutions for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication abilities to gather requirements, present insights, and shape effective data strategies.

Responsibilities

• • • Client Engagement: Work with client stakeholders to understand business goals, data challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Translate client needs into data strategies, architecture recommendations, and actionable project plans.
    • Implementation & Delivery: Oversee or assist in the deployment of analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools that empower data-driven decision-making.
    • Data Modeling & Analytics: Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, or BI tools to derive insights and guide strategic decisions.
    • Change Management: Coach client teams on best practices for data adoption, process improvements, and continuous optimization.
    • Thought Leadership: Stay current with emerging data technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with both clients and the internal team.

Requirements

• • • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related consulting roles.
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Familiarity with data analysis and modeling (e.g., Python, R) and database querying (SQL).
    • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Finnish proficiency is a plus.
    • Consulting mindset: able to translate complex data concepts into clear business value.
